It’s that time of year again, fashion week season that is. Transitional seasons like this are huge in the fashion industry. It’s a time for inspiration, experimentation, embracing new trends, and ditching old ones. If you’ve been reading my blog for any amount of time now you’d know how much I love Primark. They are known for their affordable prices and mix of classic and on-trend pieces. As their slogan goes, “Amazing Fashion, Amazing Prices”. This year Primark is celebrating the change of season with a Back to School Student Night at their Downtown Crossing Location, more specifically located at 10 Summer Street in Boston. This event will be taking place next Wednesday, September 27th from 5-8pm! This will be a night full of shopping, music, refreshments, Instagram worthy photo-ops, goody bags & gift cards. In-store events like this are always incredibly fun. It takes the enjoyment of shopping and amplifies it! Plus, it will be an opportunity to hangout with some local fashionistas; and nothing is better then a girl gang that just gets your style. This event is free and open to the public so there is no excuse not to go! More information can be found here.
As if Student Night wasn’t enough, this year Primark will also be attending College Fashion Week. I went last year and nearly exploded with inspiration and happiness. This is an event geared toward young women with a passion for fashion. While the highlight of the night is certainly fashion, there is far more to it. This event creates an uplifting and empowering environment for all who attend. There is something about being in a room with such like minded and passionate individuals that always leaves me feeling amazing. The best part of this, anyone can go! This years show is this Saturday, September 23rd from 6-9pm. Want to join? More information and a link to purchase tickets can be found here. To top it all off, Primarks in-store event will be the perfect opportunity to shop the looks right from the runway!
In preparation for these two events I did a little shopping at Primark. I found some pretty amazing pieces; including a studded pair of loafers and a teddy coat that is to die for. Below I’m sharing the three pieces that should be at the top of your shopping list. I also filmed a haul (my first!) sharing the rest of the pieces I got; which is linked at the bottom of the post! Want to get an idea of what else you can expect to see? Check out their new arrivals page.
Will I see you at Student Night or College Fashion Week?
