This Saturday I will be attending College Fashion Week Boston and boy am I excited. College Fashion Week is a great opportunity for fashion loving young adults to express themselves and their passions. Both the models and designers featured are college girls just like us! How amazing is that? I love how it makes the show more relatable and realistic, which you don’t see much in the fashion industry. The best part is, you guys can come too!! The event is from 6-9 pm this Saturday at the Revere Hotel in Boston. You can find more information on the event and purchase tickets, which are only $20, here! This event is even sponsored by some amazing brands and companies. Some of the ones I’m most excited about are Essie, which is my absolute favorite nail polish brand, Kind snacks, they have some of the most delicious healthy snack bars, and Drybar because I absolutely love doing my hair and trying new hair products; which I’m sure you have figured out by now. I’m also super excited to learn more about some of the sponsors products I have yet to try, like Rebecca Minkoff and Fitbit. They seem truly amazing, you can check out the full list of sponsors here. There will even be some goodies available from these sponsors. How exciting!
Be sure to add me on snapchat ( hannahmartnn ) for a peak into the event! Also, if you see me be sure to say hi; I’d love to meet you!! And don’t worry if you don’t live in the Boston area, they also have shows in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. For more details on those shows click here!
Now on to the outfit! If you have followed me for any amount of time, you know I like to keep my style super simple and affordable. So that is exactly what I did here! After a little bit of digging, this outfit came together pretty quickly. Once I spotted this sweater, which is my favorite color, I basically planned the rest of the outfit around it. I found this belt on ASOS recently and now it is my new favorite accessory. I just love the edge is adds to any outfit. The only down fall is that the hardware has a tough time getting through belt loops. But its worth the couple of seconds of struggling, trust me. As for this purse, it is also a new find for me! I feel like fun textures are huge right now, especially fringe! The quality of the purse is surprisingly pretty great for a Forever 21 find. You can check it out here! And then we have these shoes, again. this is their third appearance on the blog… in a row that is. What can I say, I just really love them!
