Recently, as I was brain storming post ideas, I realized the last time I talked about my everyday makeup was nearly a year ago! Okay, it was actually 9 months, but you get the point. Anyways, my makeup look hasn’t changed all that much, (although I have certainly stepped up my eyebrow game since then) but I have definitely found some new amazing products since then. You can check out my last “everyday makeup” post here!
P.S. on my nails is OPI “Got a Date To-Knight”
I mentioned this primer a few months back (this post here), and I am still hooked. In the cooler months I struggle with dry skin and this is the perfect fix for that. It keeps my skin super hydrated and dewy underneath my makeup which is everything I’m looking for in a primer. If you have dry skin you know that it definitely doesn’t mix well with makeup.
Supergoop! Daily Correct CC Cream (in fair/light)
As you might already know, I’m not a huge fan of traditional face makeup. I hate the feeling of having a thick foundation on my skin. So this CC cream is the perfect option to me. In the past I talked a lot about this product, which I still love just as much! They both have such beautiful coverage while still looking and feeling like nothing is on your skin. It sounds like magic, but I swear it’s true.
Make Up For Ever Full Coverage Concealer (in the lightest shade)
I don’t use concealer all that much, but when I do this is the one I grab for. I’ve used this product for years and have gone through about three tubes. Doesn’t seem like all that much, but they last for so long! As for the actual product, it is exactly what it says it is and covers just about anything and everything
I feel like I have mentioned this powder time and time again. I don’t even know how many I have gone through to be honest. I just love it so much! It mattifies your skin while also leaving you with a natural glow. It never looks super powdery or cakey either, which is ideal! I would recommend this to anyone who loves a natural glowly look
Urban Decay Afterglow 8-Hour Blush (in fetish)
I’ve been really into mauve tones lately. I feel like they really suit my skin tone and coloring well! This blush always lasts beautifully and I have never had any issues with patchiness. They do have a bunch of other shades and even a few highlighting shades in the line!
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter (in champagne pop)
Just like everyone and their mother, I’m completely in love with Champagne Pop. For those that don’t know, Champagne Pop is a collaboration between Becca cosmetics and YouTuber Jaclyn Hill. It took we awhile to try this, but once I did I just about died if happiness. Becca also has so many other beautiful highlighter shades if Champagne Pop isn’t your cup of tea. A lot of people love this shade here, I will definitely be trying it soon!
Urban Decay Brow Beater (in neutral brown)
This is actually a new find for me. I was in the market for a new brow pencil and this is what I ended up with. Although it wasn’t my first pick (which was out of stock), I am really loving it! The color is perfect for my brows and the level of precision is just amazing.
I have some pretty hairy (and crazy) brows, so brow gel is a must for me. I recently picked this one up because of all the amazing things I had heard about it. It truly does live up to the greatness. I mean it must be good if Jaclyn Hill raves about it, right?
Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume (waterproof)
This is an old classic for me. I started using this mascara back in high school. Now here we are, four years and many many tubes later, and I am still loving it! I like the waterproof formula simply because my lashes are naturally very straight and waterproof mascara holds a curl better! I also really love this mascara if you are looking for something high-end.
Vaseline Lip Therapy (in coca butter)
This is my absolute favorite lip balm. I’ll keep this straight forward, It’s amazing and cheap and you need to go try it!
Clinique Almost Lipstick (in black honey)
I’m not one to go crazy over lip products. So on a day-to-day basis I usually use a tinted lip balm or a lip tint. My all time favorite is the Almost Lipstick from Clinique. Just like the title implies, it is almost a lipstick but not quite as pigmented or thick. I also really love this product if you are looking for something from the drugstore! P.S. the Clinique Almost Lipstick is the swatch in the right!
